You don’t need to be in crisis

A common misconception is that therapy is only for people in crisis — for those who have hit a breaking point or are facing something they can’t manage alone. In reality, therapy can be valuable at any stage of life. It’s not just about solving problems; it’s about creating space for growth, reflection, and greater self-understanding.

Many people begin therapy simply because they want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, or navigate life with more balance.

Therapy isn’t a sign of weakness — it’s a step toward self-awareness and growth. Reaching out for help shows courage and a commitment to your well-being. If you’ve been wondering whether it’s time to seek therapy, that question itself may be your answer.
